Dr. Nor’izah Ahmad, Director of Centre for Corporate Communications (PKK) along with several PKK administrative staff, had visited the victims’ homes following a terrible thunderstorm which involved PKK staff.

Due to the storm, the residence of one of the victims, Tengku Mohd Fadli Tengku Hamzah, Assistant Publishing Officer at PKK, suffered considerable roof and ceiling damage, while mainly affecting the dining area.

Another victim, Ashafizan Ismail, Designer at PKK, suffered a broken sliding door and also roof damage.

Prof. Dato’ Ts. Dr. Zaliman Sauli, UniMAP Vice Chancellor also took the time to visit both PKK staff, along with the other affected UniMAP staff. Donations in the form of essential needs were handed over to the victims to ease their burden. The victims would receive assistance after local authorities have completed their assessment of the damages.
