The day began as early as 7.00 a.m. when the staff of the Corporate Communication Centre (PKK) UniMAP gathered to carry out final checks and preparations to ensure the smooth running of the Protocol, Social Etiquette and Effective Communication Course, scheduled to commence at 8.00 a.m.

Alhamdulillah, with the dedication and teamwork of PKK staff, the first day of the course was successfully conducted. The session was further elevated by the speaker, Mr. Hafiz Mustapha, Chief Executive Officer of CuteCarry Sdn Bhd, whose unique delivery captivated all 80 participants comprising senior management, deans, heads of departments, the Academic Staff Association (PKA), the Administrative and Professional Officers Association (POTENSI), the Support Staff Union (KESONA), as well as the Wives and Women Staff Association (PISKANITA).

Mr. Hafiz shared valuable tips and insights on protocol, social etiquette, and effective communication through storytelling techniques that captured the attention of all participants, immersing them fully in the session.

This was further evidenced by the presence of UniMAP Vice Chancellor, Dato’ Prof. Ts. Dr. Zaliman Sauli, who not only delivered his officiating speech at the opening but also dedicated the entire day to attending the course.
