SELF-IDENTITY STRENGTHENING PROGRAM 1

The Centre for Corporate Communications (PKK) organised a Self-Identity Strengthening Program through a PKK Paintball Match, held in conjunction with the Organisational Leadership Course. The program took place at Nakawan Paintball Perlis, Batu Pahat, Kangar, Perlis.

To become great members of the workforce, the key foundation that needs to be strengthened is self-identity. This helps build self-confidence, mental and physical strength, as well as an understanding of personal values and life goals to prepare for future challenges.

The Director of PKK, Mr. Muhamad Azuan Mohamad Nasir, said that the activity not only helped develop skills but also built a strong foundation of leadership.

He hopes that programs like this will strengthen relationships among staff from different positions and improve teamwork to ensure PKK continues to perform well.

He also hopes that PKK staff will not only be academically capable, but also have strong character, clear vision, and the ability to contribute to the country and the nation.
