SELF-IDENTITY STRENGTHENING PROGRAM 2

The Centre for Corporate Communications (PKK) continued the Self-Identity Strengthening Program 2 in conjunction with the Organisational Leadership Course, held at the Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) Perlis Station, following the successful organisation of series 1 on 17 January 2025.

This program, initiated by the Director of PKK, Mr. Muhamad Azuan Mohamad Nasir, was specially planned to strengthen the spirit of competitiveness, responsibility, and self-values among PKK staff.

The program began with a 100-metre canopy walk involving six observation towers and one main tower with heights ranging from 6 to 17 metres, aimed at building courage and increasing self-confidence among PKK staff.

This was followed by four games to strengthen cooperation and teamwork among participants, namely Balloon Tower, Catch Me, Fill the Bottle with Water, and Sambutlah Sayang.

According to Mr. Azuan, all activities carried out in this program were aimed at strengthening relationships as well as improving the spirit of teamwork among PKK staff.

He explained that although each unit has different functions, they are still connected to one another. Therefore, PKK’s excellence should not be measured based on individual or unit achievements alone, but on overall excellence as one centre, PKK.

He also plans to organise more series of self-identity strengthening programs as part of the effort to achieve strong teamwork among PKK staff.
